These awesome buyers came to me as a referral from a past client. Their family had a unique opportunity to tour several major cities across the United States last year. They visited Chicago, Seattle, Denver, Philadelphia, and Portland. It came down to Chicago and Portland, and ultimately, Portland stole their hearts!

Relocating from Austin, TX to Portland, OR, my buyers were ready to trade heat and highways for tree-lined streets, vibrant neighborhoods, and a more connected, walkable lifestyle. Together, we found a fantastic home (with a great ADU) for them in the Hosford-Abernathy neighborhood—just steps from the energy of Clinton-Division. With a strong focus on Portland relocation, I guided them through every detail of the home-buying process, from navigating the competitive market to understanding the nuances of purchasing in the Portland metro and tri-county area.
