All said and done, we closed below asking price, with generous seller concessions and kept to a standard closing timeline, easily adhered to by fabulous local lender Steph Noble and her diligent team. These buyers are incredibly special to me for a variety of reasons. Guiding them through this transaction to their next phase continues to feel like a big honor. I've said some variation of this before... houses are homes only when they're made to be by the folks inside. I sure hope this house is ready for what's to come!
